Real Estate

One of the largest costs a practice will experience is the cost of office and clinical real estate.  A focus on facility efficiency can provide significant benefits to every member practice. Cornerstone has partnered with an expert in healthcare real estate to provide the following services:

Real estate assessment (owned or leased)

Customized output report that shows areas of savings, opportunities, or verification of cost (and/or rent) specific to the practice

Lease evaluations

Identification of opportunities for long-term savings, or points of negotiation for future lease renewals

Membership in Cornerstone Asset Partners, LLC (CAP)

CAP is the only entity of its kind for community oncology practices and was formed to efficiently aggregate real estate, and related services, across its membership

Real estate development and alternate ownership models

Project management as the facility is being planned and development implemented. Services available through Cornerstone and its partner can drive the schedule, control the budget and ensure the quality of design and construction remains intact. Beyond development, experience also includes executing real estate joint ventures to link the hospital and physician group(s) for market share strategies; equity funding; and managing the development process for the owner without equity
