Our virtual COFAI “Women in Oncology” program took place on June 4, 2025, featuring thought leader Dr. Shikha Jain with Dr. Shruti Singh and Dr. Annette Fontaine discussing ways in which women can advance professionally through engaging in both formal and informal mentorship, pursuing industry and speaking opportunities, and leveraging social media for professional use. During the evening, Dr. Shikha Jain presented “Cleaning the Sticky Floor, Shattering the Glass Ceiling”, identifying gender inequities and providing solutions to break through systemic barriers in healthcare.
