Rachel Condjella, Ph.D., serves as Sr. Director of Clinical Investigations & Market Insights at Cornerstone Oncology. She brings more than 15 years of experience across academic medicine and global clinical research organizations, with deep expertise in oncology drug development, strategic trial design, and clinical operations.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Dr. Condjella was Global Therapeutic Strategy Director for Oncology at Emerald Clinical Trials, where she led multi-regional Phase I–III oncology programs and advanced innovative clinical development strategies. She began her career at the Mayo Clinic, contributing to translational research and managing complex
oncology trials.
Dr. Condjella is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and is passionate about advancing precision medicine and supporting innovative therapies that improve patient outcomes.
