Anton Sanchez is a Medical Science Liaison at Bristol Myers Squibb, specializing in multiple myeloma and lymphoma. He is an oncology pharmacist by training and spent the majority of his career at the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he supported infusion pharmacy, participated in inpatient service rounds with hematology/oncology teams, and worked closely with the investigational drug services. After leaving UNMCCC, Anton served as a Medical Drug Network Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield HCSC, developing cost-saving strategies for oncology medications. He joined BMS five years ago and now focuses on the company’s innovative pipeline, particularly the development of CELMoDs—a new class of oral targeted protein degraders being developed to treat both multiple myeloma and lymphoma.
