Angela Brakhop is the Director of Scientific Communications at Cornerstone Specialty Network, LLC. Angela has extensive experience as a scientific and medical writer; for the past 15 years, she has held positions within the pharmaceutical setting creating preclinical and medical content for a range of afflictions from infectious disease to oncology. Prior to that, she completed her PhD in Biochemistry at the Queen’s University of Belfast and has contributed to over 30 peer-reviewed publications. Angela works closely with pharma partners to provide valuable market research and understanding of all aspects of patient care in the community setting. In collaboration with key oncologists, Angela is instrumental in selecting and creating content for Cornerstone’s review symposia that highlight significant and practice-changing clinical trial data that can impact community oncologists.
